This graceful general purpose Chef's knife has a 7-1/2" blade of high/medium carbon steel Damascus, random pattern, flat ground, hardened to HRC58. The knife is 11-3/4" OAL with Brass bolsters and pommel, and Masur Birch handle and custom stand. $659 Sold
