The Osage Carver               

The Osage Carver Knife @ 2017 Michael H. Mara

This carving/slicing knife features a 6-1/2" blade of 1/16" 440C (a high performance Stainless cutlery steel), forged to shape, with an as-forged finish.  The blade is hardened to HRC59 and is full tang, for strength, with Osage Orange scales and 3 brass pins, 11-1/2" OAL. This will be a favorite kitchen knife, whether it's used for food prep, chopping or slicing, cutting meat, or as a carver. $302 Sold
