Hand Forged Railroad Spike Knives @2004 Michael H. Mara

 Each knife is entirely hand forged out of a high carbon Railroad spike (1035 steel). 5" blades with a drop point or upswept point, convex forged edge, twisted handle. The blades are hardened to 55 HRC. The knives are 9 1/4" overall. Traditional carbonized Blacksmith's oil and beeswax finish with polished highlights. These are functional working knives, and due to the Olive Oil used in the finish, safe to use with food. $75 each. Available
