Rosewood Chef's Meat Cleaver @2005 Michael H Mara

This cook's cleaver has a 6” blade of 440C steel, flat ground with a hand rubbed satin texture. The blade is hardened to HRC 62. The cleaver is 11 3/4” long overall, with a ergonomic handle shape for comfortable use, and full tang construction for strength and durability. It has Indonesian Rosewood scales and Nickel Silver pins. $272 SOLD
