The Royal Carver Knife @ 2016 Michael H. Mara

This carving/chef's knife features an 8" blade of 1/16" 440C (a high performance Stainless cutlery steel), forged to shape, with an as-forged finish and a graceful upswept tip, with Pink Ivory wood scales and 3 brass pins, 13-1/4" OAL. The blade is hardened to HRC58 and is full tang, for strength. This will be a favorite kitchen knife, whether it's used for food prep, chopping or slicing, cutting meat, or as a carver. $319 Sold
